Empower drivers and office personnel with access to BDP's tools

Create Team Invite

Each team member will have a login, allowing for seamless concurrent use. The system will track and record operational changes made by each user.

Select Team and click Create Team Invite.

  • Enter team member's email address, and select their Role (typically Administrator for office and Staff for in-house drivers)

  • Check 'Driver Capability' and 'Loader Capability' boxes to expose Driver/Loader Dashboard functionality

  • Click "Send Invite," team member will receive an email inviting them to create their account login with email address & password

Note: each Team Role is associated with a different level of account access and operational functionality, based on that role's needs/permissions.

  • Owner: access to full suite of BDP tools, including account deletion

  • Administrator: access to full suite of BDP tools, excluding account deletion

  • Staff: in-house drivers; functionality focused on Driver Dashboard, Orders, & Calendar

  • Simple: 3rd party drivers, subcontractors; minimal access, limited to assigned order details
